These terms describe the service, accounts, subscriptions, and acceptable use rules for Muse AI.
Service and eligibility
Muse AI provides AI-assisted conversation, writing, research, image, voice, project, and file tools. You must meet the minimum legal age in your country and be able to enter into this agreement. Feature availability depends on your plan, device, region, and connected providers.
Accounts and content
Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You retain rights in content you submit. You authorize processing of that content only as needed to operate the requested features, enforce safety, and maintain the service. Do not submit content you lack the right to use.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful conduct, exploitation, harassment, fraud, impersonation, harmful code, security attacks, evasion of safeguards, or infringement of intellectual-property and privacy rights. We may limit or suspend activity that threatens users, providers, or the service.
Subscriptions and usage
Paid plans are offered through the Microsoft Store where available. The price, billing period, renewal, taxes, cancellation, and refund rules shown by Microsoft at purchase govern the transaction. Plans include monthly usage limits. Unused allowances do not carry over, and access may return to the Free plan when an entitlement expires or cannot be verified.
Availability and changes
Providers, models, limits, and features may change for performance, cost, safety, legal, or compatibility reasons. We may discontinue a feature or the service with reasonable notice when practical. AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate or unique.
Intellectual property
The application’s original code, interface, and publisher-created materials are protected by applicable law. Third-party marks and services belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.
Liability and disputes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied guarantees beyond mandatory consumer rights. Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited. Applicable consumer-protection law and the Microsoft Store terms remain unaffected.
