End User License Agreement
This agreement governs your installation and use of Muse AI.
License
Subject to this agreement and the Microsoft Store terms, the publisher grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Muse AI on supported devices for lawful purposes.
Restrictions
You may not misuse the service, bypass plan limits or security controls, interfere with other users, distribute malware, infringe rights, or use the application for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or dangerous activity. You may not resell access or extract credentials, models, or protected source code except where applicable law expressly allows it.
AI output
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate. Verify important information and do not rely on it as professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. You remain responsible for how you use generated content.
Profiles, updates, and termination
You are responsible for your device security. Muse creates a numbered local profile automatically and may receive changes needed for security, compatibility, or new features. Access may be suspended for abuse, fraud, legal requirements, or material breach. You may stop using the app and reset your profile at any time.
Third-party services
Meta, Microsoft, and Cloudflare services may be used to provide AI processing, Store ownership and purchase verification, hosting, and storage. Their respective terms may also apply. The publisher does not claim ownership of third-party names or services.
Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
